Delete your My Health account

My Health: Reports & Records, by Araft

In the app (fastest)

1. Open My Health and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account and all data at the bottom.
3. Confirm, then pick your Google account once more.

Everything is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email workwith.alimurtaza@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my My Health account". We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account (Google sign-in) and profile
• All readings and test results
• All uploaded report details: findings, advice, medicines, doctors, hospitals and labs

Nothing is kept afterwards. Uploaded photos and PDFs were never stored in the first place.
