App: My Health: Reports & Records (co.araft.myhealth)
Developer: Araft (araft.co)

My Health helps you keep your health records: readings such as blood pressure and sugar, lab reports, prescriptions, and the doctors, hospitals and labs on them. Health information is personal, so this policy explains exactly what the app collects, why, where it goes and how to delete it.
1. Information we collect
Account. You sign in with Google through Google Firebase Authentication. We receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google. We never see your Google password.
Profile. What you enter: name, gender, date of birth, height, weight, activity level and goal, and, if you choose to add them, pregnancy due date, menopause, smoking, marriage plans, family history of breast or ovarian cancer, symptoms that are bothering you, and tests you mark as done.
Health records. Readings you type in, and everything read from the reports you upload: test results, the lab, hospital or clinic name, address and phone, the doctor's name, the patient name, age and gender printed on the report, findings, the doctor's advice, medicines and any other details printed on it.
Uploaded files. When you upload a photo or PDF of a report, it is sent over an encrypted connection to our server (a Google Cloud Function), which sends it to Anthropic's Claude AI to read the text. The values found are sent back to your phone for you to check before anything is saved. We do not store the photo or PDF itself.
We do not collect your location, contacts, call logs, browsing history or advertising IDs. The app has no ads and no analytics or tracking tools. The camera and photos are used only when you choose to upload a report.
2. How we use it
- To show your records, results, trends and the lists of your doctors, hospitals and labs.
- To read the reports you upload and fill in their values for you.
- To calculate general estimates such as BMI, a daily calorie target and a health score, and to suggest questions you may want to ask your doctor.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to make decisions about you. My Health does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice; always talk to your doctor about your health.
3. Where your data is stored and who processes it
- Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) stores your account, profile and records on Google Cloud servers. Security rules allow only you, signed in to your account, to read or write your data.
- Google Cloud Functions receives an uploaded report only to pass it to the AI and return the results.
- Anthropic (Claude API) reads the uploaded report and returns the text it finds. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We share data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
4. Keeping and deleting your data
Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. You can delete a single reading in the app at any time. To delete everything, open the app, go to Profile → Delete account and all data. This removes your account, profile, readings, reports, doctors, hospitals and labs for good. You can also ask us by email; see Delete your account.
5. Children
My Health is meant for people aged 13 and over. Younger children should use it only with a parent or guardian. If you think a child has given us information without permission, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
You can see, change or delete your information in the app at any time, or contact us to ask for a copy or for deletion.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
